Geoff Spence

Managing Director

Meet Geoff, our XSEN Electrical Managing Director. Geoff has been a managing director for over 20 years. When Geoff isn’t jetting off on holiday, he is hands on in the XSEN office putting together new quotes for customers, meeting our trustee suppliers, and even attends yearly conferences UK and overseas. Geoff’s motto is ‘As a longstanding family business, I pride myself upon looking after customers the same way I look after family. I am always keen to go the extra mile to create long lasting connections, as I truly believe that our customers are the centre of our business’.

Adam Spence

Sales Director

Meet Adam, our brilliant Sales Director. Adam joined XSEN Electrical Wholesalers in May 2021 after working away as an electrician on site for 10+ years. The opportunity then arose to work for XSEN and he hasn’t looked back since. Adam is a key asset to the team and constantly ensures all departments of the business run like clockwork. He always goes out his way for each and every customer, no matter how big or small the order is. Not only does Adam stock and sell all things electrical, but he also carries extensive knowledge about the ins and outs of each of our products and is our best adviser on which products suits our customer's jobs. Now that’s a service you don’t always get…

Adam’s motto is ‘always deliver service with a smile.’

Ian Brown

Goods Transporter

Meet Ian, our goods transporter at XSEN. If you have ordered with us before then you will have already met our star, Ian. Ian has been with us at XSEN for 6 years. We wouldn’t be able to function the business without him, he is a key part of the fixtures and fittings of XSEN. Ian is always on his feet stocking our shelves after a delivery has arrived, out and about delivering orders to our customers, and always has the kettle on making the XSEN team a brew to get us through. Ian thrives off a busy schedule and liaises with some of our busiest customers on stock levels and delivery times. You can always count on Ian. Ian’s motto is ‘After working in the motor industry for years before this, I’ve learnt that the customer is the most important part of the business. If a customer is happy, everyone’s happy. If you see Ian driving our XSEN van about, be sure to give him a wave!

Sally Spence

Account Manager

Meet Sally, wife of Geoff and our accountant at XSEN Electrical Wholesalers. Sally has been working at XSEN for 8 years. Sally works in the XSEN office 2 days a week and is solely responsible for the running of the accounts, reconciling customers payments, handling and submission of VAT returns and liaseing with HMRC. She is the first to be cracking jokes and enforcing a strong working environment. Sally has also recently began assisting on the counter taking customer orders and venturing more onto the sales side of things too. Sally’s motto is ‘when sally’s about, pay your account ;)’

Emma Spence

Marketing Manager & Event Coordinator

Meet Emma, wife of Adam and our stand in hero for when we are rushed off our feet. Emma usually works externally however she is our XSEN cover and regularly pops into the business to give a helping hand when needed.

Emma fully runs our social media platforms for the business on a daily basis alongside her other full-time accountancy job. She is our network savvy know it all and always has us in stitches with laughter.

Emma is also the events coordinator for XSEN and demonstrates exceptional organisational skills, showing unbridled creativity. Emma’s motto is ‘The importance of marketing your business correctly is paramount. It makes the customer aware of your products and services and allows them to make better buying decisions. I am proud to be part of the XSEN team, and look forward to building this up further in the future’
